During my 34 + years with GTE / Verizon, I established a strong work ethic and work with individuals and teams, to complete projects.

 

Currently working with both a customer operations and osp construction teams with are meeting overall objectives, and operations team having the best rework results in 2013 and 2014.

 

When working in engineering, in 2004 worked on one of the first FIOS tracts of 1200 homes, three golf courses, and business on the resort.

 

When working in OSP construction, worked on fiber restorations involving AT&T, Sprint, and MCI in Ventura CA, in February 1998. Also in January 1997, help to restore the flooded area of Manteca CA.

 

When working as a splicer we worked on small and large work orders in the San Fernando area. I was selected to work on the Pacoima cable wire study project, which built a number network routes out of the Pacoima, Sepulveda, and Sylmar central offices. I was nominated for the ‘National Quality Nomination’, on 9-26-1991.

 

When work as an equipment installer, I was selected to assist on the installation and cut over of the digital switches in the Thousand Oaks, Camarillo, Newbury Park, Malibu, and Zuma offices. (GTD-5)

I received commendations for excellent work on the Topanga (DMS-10) 11-2-1984 and Malibu 9-18-1984.
